All Accounts on the pepe88 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). You may not hold balances or request payouts in any other currency. Currency conversion costs, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.

In the event of a failed deposit that has been debited from the Player's bank account but not credited to their pepe88 balance, the Player must contact support with relevant proof of transaction within 48 hours.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits made available by pepe88 are subject to individual promotion terms. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of 10 times (10x) the combined deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC.
